Pristyn Care — Scammed and Billed huge amount than conveyed

I approached a doctor via Pristyn Care app to consult on Piles as having some pain and discomfort. I was advised that piles/fissures cannot cured by any medicine from current stage but have to undergo surgery. A pre-booking consultant (Nivedha:[protected] from Pristyn shared some hospital details after knowing that I have corporate insurance with rough estimation of 48, 000/- and convinced me that I may need to pay 18, 000/- from my pocket as there will be a cap (only 30, 000/- may be approved) on amount from insurance company for piles treatment. I moved further with that and seems the amount has been credited to Pristyn even before my admission.
I admitted and undergone surgery on 24th December, 2022, next day during discharge, they Pristyn created a situation like there is some issue in getting approval and subsequently delayed discharge by 4 hours. Agents (Nivedha for pre-booking, Akshay:[protected], post admission) who coordinated so far were not active/available and got calls from someone else (Arun) from Pristyn saying I need to approve a bill amount then only I can be discharged. To my surprise Pristyn has arranged for a loan for 94, 968/- from Liquiloans (Their financing partner) and asked me to provide e-Mandate/e-NACH so that I can be discharged. All this while I was under impression that they will claim insurance company as I was informed the same. As I was in pain and unpleasant at hospital after long wait and could not argue/discuss further with backend team (as both Nivedha and Akshay not responding) from Pristyn, I have agreed for e-Mandate/e-NACH for the amount 94, 968/- and finally discharged.

In summary, Pristyn looted me with 18, 000/- + 94, 968/- for piles treatment. Also, now, I have to claim amount (whatever they approve) from Insurance and rest of the amount from my pocket. This is a clear case of intentional cheating/scam that Pristyn is practicing and clueless how to get hold of them as they are ignoring my calls/messages.

Request you to consider this as serious and continuous scam and help people come out this financial and mental trauma. I shall provide any further details if required.
