Made 75 + calls to so called director of "Prithvee Propmart Pvt. Ltd" Mr. Rajeev @ +91 [protected] but the unprofessional man pick initial call & commit me to resolve my problem but not picked after that any call. My brother was sitting at the office for 5 hr+ but none of any saff helped. The bogus company used to fool person by showing that they will issue a 50K credit note discount but later they dont entertain your call.

The retard company director & its retard employee doesnt having sense that if the person is spending 50 Lac + on a flat than he will care of those 50 thousand. But here the promise 7 commitment matters & this sick company shown his real status.

Please dont go through this route as this company is fraud company...

First raised you case & then ask for interest money also. To get them punished, It's a fraud of 3-5Crore of public money.

The owner should be behind the bar.

I agree with the complain.I have booked one flat through Prithvee at Supertech Eco village 2. As per their credit note they were supposed to pay me certain amount after 40% payment to the builder which has been done 15 months back.

I tried to contact Prithvee Person so many times, but they always gives a new date.

1st Time. They said - Call us after 2 months, Sir has gone to Dubai
2nd time . Sir has not come yet, call us after 15 days
3rd time : You check is ready but it is sir cabin for sign, call us after 15 days
4th time : Check has been signed, but amount is not there in bank, call us after 2 months
5th time : Still amount is not in the account, call us after 2 days
6th Time : I have checked it with account department, They are saying wait for call from prithvee side
7th Time : Do not call us, we will call you
8th time : bla bal

and this continues.

One more thing they DO

So I request do not go to Prithvee Propmart for any type of flat booking or Deal. They are completely Fraud.

Now, I am moving to Consumer Court to take my money back.

Agree with the above. I am yet to receive my credit note amount from this broker for a property booked in 2012.
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BROKER. THEY ARE FRAUDS.

I have purchased a flat in supertech eco village 2 through Prithvee, they gave me a credit note of 2% and it has been 5 years but no one is responding and giving the money back.

This is really a serious problem with every consumer.

Hi, we have booked a flat in Supertech Eco Village-1 project through agent Prithvee Propmart Sec 18 Noida. Prithvee has issued me a credit of 2% of BSP saying once I will pay the 40% of total amount & after receiving the commission from builder they will pay me back this 2% back. It almost 6 years now, they have not refunded our money.

Propmart — Refund of the advance

Propmart collected an advance of Rs 57000/- during May 2009 for the project at Aarkonam
it was infomed only in Jan that the project has been cancelled.

till then they have been delaying the refund / registration citing the signatouries are not available, funds problem.

very unprofessional conduct and its really frustating.

Through this channel, I wish to place my complaint against a real estate company called PRITHVEE PROPMART, Address Sector-18.
I feel being cheated by this company because even after 1 year of continuous follow ups with different people in the company including Director Mr. Rajiv, payment towards my commission note is not getting paid. I am fed up with such an unprofessional attitude of an ISO[protected] certified company, where even senior employees do not have a courtesy to respond calls & do not fulfill their commitment. I wish to take up this matter with all authorities including that for ISO certification to cancel their licences/certifications as the company is running unethical practices.

This is regarding a deal of purchase of a fresh unit in Unihomes 3, Sector 113 executed by me through PRITHVEE PROPMART in m/o Aug 2012 through their representatives Ms. Anjali for which my client gave cheque of Rs.1 lac as booking amount. Then I was issued a letter reference no. 11/12-334 dated 3rd Nov 2012 towards 2% commission of the basic sale price on the understanding that it will be paid to me as soon as my client pays 20% to 30%. I raised an objection on clause of 40% mentioned in my Commission Note, but Ms. Anjali told me that it is only a formality and my commission will be released after 20-30% payment itself.

My client paid around 33% by mid of 2013 and accordingly, I raised an Invoice for 2% on PRITHVEE PROPMART PVT LTD on dated 18th Jul13 and handed over personally to Ms. Renu on 22/08/12. Thereafter, I made around 30 communications through phone calls and met them personally for around 5-6 times and I was assured that cheque is under process, but all in vain. I have then met Mr. Rajesh chandok, AVP-sales and gave him the copy of Invoice on 22/2/14, he also confirmed that cheque shall be given within 3-4 days and made me meet with Commercial head but those 3-4 days have never come till date. Thereafter, I called up Mr. Rajesh Chandok around 20 times /sent him SMS but all in vain. Lastly, he told me that it is not in his hand and he can not do anything as company is under financial pressures. Then I escalated the matter to Mr. Rajiv, Director in Prithvee. He asked me to call him on 28th May14 but did never pick my call thereafter. I wrote him messages also requesting a revert on my case, but all in vain. I have acknowledged copy of Invoice, recorded calls and messages.

I dont know how the financial health of company will improve by delaying my 2% amount. So, now I want to make all investors/ dealers aware about cheating & standard of PRITHVEE PROPMART, Noida and will ensure justice in may case.

And these builders who are selling their properties through them also involved in this fraud.

More than a year completed when I purchased a flat through prithvee in supertech eco vill 1. They gave me a credit note of 1% total buying amount which they have to pay me after 40% payment. Now 95% payment paid to builder and i am chasing with prithvee from a long time. Only persons are changing . Nobody response over msg/mail/calls.

We talk about our country progress, but these fraud peoples dont want our country to grow.

THEY GAVE ME BSP PRICE RS 3475 PER SQ. FT. BUT BEFORE
SUBMITTING MY FORM THEY CHANGED PRICE AND PUT BSP PRICE RS 3763 PER SQ. FT. ALSO THEY HAVE DONE MY SIGNATURES(FORGED). I HAVE PAID RS 1 LAC FOE BOOKING. AFTER MANY REQUEST THEY DON'T GIVE ME NOC AND CLIENT COPY FOR CANCELATION. NOW I WANT TO GET MY MONEY BACK, AS
THEY HAVE DONE FRAUD TO ME. IT IS CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING AND FRAUD.
PLEASE HELP ME, SO THAT I MAY GET JUSTICE.

PRITHVEE PROPMART IS A FRAUD COMPANY...BEWARE ALL BUYERS.

In my case one of their emplyee Mr ABDUL HAQ has cheated me as well. Now he has opened his own venture MAXINDIA PROPERTIES PVT LTD, B-75, SECTOR-63 NOIDA. BEWARE GUYS.

Yes, these guys are total cheats. And employees and Directors, both are responsible to give false commitments to the customers. There are many credit note problems going against this company.

Amish - this company has cheated many customers. Best is to file a legal case and inform other customers publicly so this firm goes out of business.

I think this company is a champion in credit note frauds. They have cheated many customers by issuing credit notes and then the Directors and Employees stop picking phones or responding to emails. They have no intention to make payments from day 1. They just wait till customer stops following up for payments. This Prithvee Propmart should be checked by Income Tax department for such frauds.

I agree, PRITHVEE seems to be a total FRAUD, iam also aggrieved with similar fraud by Prithvee. Payment for my credit note is also due since two years.

I have booked a 2bhk flat in unihomes3 last month. As per conversion between me and Mr. Rizwan/ Arun chauhan, i had given a P.D.C. dated 22 dec. 12. later, Mr. Arun informed me that price is going to revise wef- 20th dec; so give another cheque. so I gave same dated 20 dec. He assured me while taking another cheque that he will return another cheque after clearance. After successfully deducted cash on 27 dec. from first cheque, he is yet to return my 2nd cheque while I told him several times, even last sunday I told him i[censored] r not able to return then inform me, I shall declined it myself thru bank, but he re-assure to return same. Today, I got a message from my bank that my 2nd cheque has been dishonored on 10 jan for reason funds transfer. when I called bank then she informed me Rs. 393.26 deducted as a penalty due to dishonor. so, never trust on prithvee propmart, they are totally fraud.

yes the same happened to me also. They are the bloody who cheat to their employees, dealers and even the client toooo...beware of these chetaers...contact me on [protected]...

dear friends, Prithvee is one big fraud company in real estate which dumps consumers and doesn't care about them once booking is done .Dont trust them.

I never heard anything back from Prithvee, They didnt return my money after chasing them for 2.5 years, They are worst ever broker I have come across.
