I have booked a flat in Unitech unihomes3 sector-113, Noida through M/s Prithvee Propmart, Noida. They agreed to pay me 1.5% amount against the credit note after payment of 40% to builder. I have paid the 40% amount to builder and followed up with Prithivee Propmart many-2 times (at least 50 times) but result is zero. Today i have talked to Mr. Rupesh, but not responded. After that i am forcing myself to write this complaint....

Prithvee Propmart is really doing a cheating job playing with middle class hard earned money.
Be it their agents like Mr Arun Chauhan, customer relationship officer Ms Renu or their senior Mr Abdul.
Had book CS12-501 in Supertech Capetown in October 2012.
1.The original price quoted to us was changed (Agent's fault)and we were told that this price change would be partially beared by Prithvee promising us a credit...

I have bought flat CG 805 from SuperTech Channel partener " Prithvee Propmart" . They assured 2% credit note as discount at time of selling flat but it has been more than 9 month of floowing them.
When i bought the unit the channel partener told that they will give me discount cheque withing month but now it has been so long. I am literaaly fed with following them, they tell excuse that we will give next month, next week...

Prithvee Propmark Broker with main builder is total fraud.
I Just want to make all brokers and associate with Pritvee Propmart, Not to give business to such a fraud broker as they will not going to give your commission at any cost. Company and the all employees are fraud and they we make you their associate with showing you golden dreams but after giving them the business they will not give you your commission, I have been waiting...

i am a defence officer and i had booked a studio apartment in omaxe india trade centre through prithvee propmart sector 18 in which they promised 5% credit note. however its been 2 months and there is no response from there side. i have emailed them and also called there customer care no [protected] but there is no positive response from there side. everytime i call them they say it is pending with directors and they are not...

The builder Prithvee Propmart Pvt. Ltd., sec18, atta market is not honouring credit-note payment back to me for past 4 months, inspite of numerous followup and reminders. Instead they cheated me by dishonouring the 1% discount and offering only 0.5% of the bsp then at 4250 INR issuing a letterhead credit note on 26 may 2012, via ref:03/12-246. Even they are not paying me this amount also. I am at a loss of around 50,000 INR at least at base...

I had booked a flat in Unihomes Phase-II noida through Prithvee in Oct 09. The Company promised to give discounted amount after payment of 30% to builder. The builder has been paid 90% and i am chasing Prithvee but they are not paying against their credit note. Is legal action against the company is possible on credit note issued by the company....

I booked a flat from a property dealer "Prithvee Propmart" who in turn gave me a credit note which had a condition that the money would be refunded once I pay 30% to the builder and when the builder releases the commission to Prithvee. now its been an year and with continuous follow up they have still not refunded the money.

How can I take legal action against them.

Prithvee Propmart Pvt. Ltd. Never use to give Salary, Appointment Letter to the employee even if a employee undergone through all the formality of resigning. They even gave wrong comitments, and use to cheat people by signing fake MOU's on paper to make them channel partner then they never gave them the share of the said amount as revenue....
