I paid 10000 rs on 16 dec till now not active the package, package taken by nancy but his number is not working package also not active

The staff named suman chaurasia, having contact num. [protected], [protected], [protected] has purposely used derogatory and abusive language in the massages. This is completely illegal and and criminal act.

The staff is arrogant and literally harassing while doing their business. This is creating nuisance and causing mental harassment. Hence this complaint for immediate and strict action.

This is regarding non-payment of cashback/incentive promised to me by indiabulls officials/agents for purchase of flat in antriksh golf view ii, sector 78, noida from colorful estates pvt. Ltd through indiabulls.
I was promised a cashback/incentive of rs. 98, 500/- (At the rate of rs. 100 per square feet) by shri arun chaudhary, shri abhishek sharma, shri narendra gupta and shri abhay singh for purchase of 2 bhk flat (Super area 985 sq. Ft.) in antriksh golf view ii, sector 78, noida. I was told that payment of cashback will be done in a month after making final payment.
Believing their promise because of reputation of indiabulls, i went on for the deal.
When i asked them for payment, they kept on procrastinating giving one reason or the other. This went on for more than 6-7 months. Every time i used to call, response would be that “u will get it in a day or two.” manytimes they wouldn’t pick the phone at all. But i didn’t get anything. They have now stopped picking phone.

Iam sathesh from trichy i had a silver package in amount of 5000 rupees, according that they said they going to give 18 leads, i used 5 leads that customers they are not responding the calls.inbetween that realestate india .com company filed in my leads that i already finalised my deal in the name subramanian .for that one iam phone them so many days but they are not answering properly and the staff name NANCY is very she is taking to me and she is very worst she is busing me and shouting me in tamil words .i dont know how they cheating legaly like this and they behaving very worst to the customers after taking the money from the customers.please do something for this problem.

Hi, this is vinay. I have posted my property details in your website to sell. I got few responses and after 3rd response your system blocked me to view the customer details of the 3rd response. It asked me to pay 1180 rs to view unlimited response. So i completed the transaction through net banking with reference id [protected]. But your website is asking me to pay again while i try to view the response of third customer. Pls kindly check the status of the transaction and me mail me at [protected]@gmail.com.

I have paid Rs. 1250/- to realestateindia.com. one lady Samreen called me up that she will display our advertisement and there are more than 10 buyers who are interested to buy our plot in karnal. She has shown me also the name of the buyers before registration. it was fake. When I register myself there was no buyer then I complaint against them then they show me the details of 4 buyers please note...all the numbers of the 4 buyers were incorrect then complaint again...then they have sent me sms of 6 buyers my father contacted all...but all the numbers were wrong. From the day one I have not received any response..This company is fake. Now Samreen and others are not responding to my calls and emails. By shalini diwakar on 13th march for taking a gold membership of realestateindia.com for listing of properties & website making of real estate agency, because i'm a real estate agent i bargain from her for making website and a gold membership for 3 years for a lump sum amount of rs. 10, 000/-. She promised me to complete my entire work in 7 to 8 days. I had made payment on 16th march. They activated my gold membership on 21st march. After that i had made many calls sometimes received by another person and told me shalini diwakar is on leave & sometimes anybody not answered of my call of 10 to 15 calls. On 27th shalini diwakar picked my call and answered me that sir you have to take domain name and pay for it extra then we will make your website. I had informed her about my package which include website making and website making is how possible without domain. Then she replied ok i talk to my seniors on this, on 28th i had also call her she replied sir please email this to me and my seniors about this, i had sent email about this to shalini diwakar and her seniors but anybody not replied till now on 7th april also she not call me and also not answered of my call. I'm calling her everyday but not single reply is received from them.

So, i'm requesting to concerned department please take action against this type of fraud doing by weblink.in pvt. Ltd. Also i'm requesting to all people don't give money advance to him for your work because there is a chances of cheating from this company.
