Prithvee Propmart — non-payment of Credit Note amount (1.5%)

I have booked a flat in Unitech unihomes3 sector-113, Noida through M/s Prithvee Propmart, Noida. They agreed to pay me 1.5% amount against the credit note after payment of 40% to builder. I have paid the 40% amount to builder and followed up with Prithivee Propmart many-2 times (at least 50 times) but result is zero. Today i have talked to Mr. Rupesh, but not responded. After that i am forcing myself to write this complaint.
