Private Bus — Complaining for private bus fare and consumer harassment and misbehaving by conductor | |||
Dear sir/ mam, I am parsuram shial from bhubaneswar, odisha . It my own complain about that, i was traveling on dt: 19.04.2016 by a private bus(Name- ajaya (Normal a/c) )from baripada station square to bhubaneswar rasulgarh square. In that traveling i was facing harassment of bus fare due to conductor demand excess amount 520/- for tow person, That means per customer 260/- for 236 k.M. I request to conductor it is a wrong amount please provide actual amount which decided by govt. Than conductor told me this price decided by me not to govt., and conductor started misbehaving and used slang languages. When i told i will complaint, he threatened, and used hand over me. The consumer dept. Can't do anything to us. Go and do whatever you want...", Please do something about that bus fare, govt decided a price for better service but bus conductor demand another price. I request you the take some serious action against the bus (Name of bus -ajaya(Normal a/c)) and conductor for misbehave:, this problem is not only for me but also every customer which traveling by bus, 1. Misbehaving and harassment. 2. Govt should declare one no to complain against pvt bus Conductotr

The lockdown has just ended. Now people do not have much income. Officially, no bus fare has been increased. There 72 A (Basirhat to Dhamakhali) bus, Auto, Magic, all public transport is renting as desired, only 13 km road is renting 20 rupees. We ordinary people are in financial crisis. I am Sukanya Sahoo from Rourkela, Odisha. I'm complaining on behalf of my mother. She was travelling yesterday on dt.[protected] from Palasuni sqaure, Bhubaneswar to Sec-14, Rourkela by private bus named Sampark (2/2 A/C sleeper coach).
1. A sleeper coach was booked, which has iron rod on head side. That can cause death due to movement during travel. My mother requested to change the sleeper coach or give some solution. They refused to help & said they can't do anything. So she couldn't sleep & even though she's a heart patient she managed whole night.
2. As she was awake whole night, she requested to stop the bus for toilet only once. Usually bus stops only twice for the toilet. The conductor, helper, driver denied to stop the bus & misbehaved her. After so long they stopped and then they started discussing that "this lady is going toilet so many times" that to in a very disrespectful manner.
3. The drop location is Sec-14 bus stand, Rourkela. They intentionally troubled my mother. They didn't stop at the stoppage and dropped her on next stoppage. They didn't listen her, infect they again misbehaved & said "just get out of the bus". It was so rude & disrespectful.
