Priyagold Biscuits — priyagold lack of hygiene

My name is Himanshu Chhatpar. I have purchased priyagold kids cream biscuit from a general store nearby for my little brother. When he started eating i saw something strange i took the biscuit and found hair in that. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of hygiene. How can a Company be so irresponsible regarding hygiene. When i tried to call the company some person answered the call and when i told him i have a complaint he hung up on me, after sometime i again called him and he told me that someone will call you and then i didn't received any calls. Again i called and they told me that Mr. Shailesh will call you. That person called me and when i told him about the hair he told me give me your address i will collect the biscuit and send it to the company and if the company is found guilty i will give you the replacement thats it i can do. So i told them that i will go to consumer court, he told we don't have any issue with that you can go ahead there are many complaints company faces everyday and nothing is going to happen to this big company. i have recording of the conversation. I want compensation so that company will learn from this and will not neglect in hygiene as well as they should know how to talk to consumers.
