I was eating Priyagold puff biscuit (strawberry flavour) found white piece of plastic thread in it. I request you to kindly take action against this as these cream biscuits are usually eaten by kids.

Bought priyagold butter bite today while eating this found copper wire in the biscuit. I ate two biscuit. Please take this issue seriously.

We have open a faimly pack biscuit.than biscuit taste was off, burn taste and smell also burning..

Totally rusty, burn / over toasted

I bought a new pack of your club creme chocolate biscuit and found 2 less biscuit and 1 biscuit with no creme and same in other one more pack. I request you to please take care of this.

I am preeti purchased a nemkeen butter delight busicuits from near by shop of my area and I found a hair inside biscuit. As food safety protocol it should be not good in terms of your product quality.this is against your HACCP standard and against your customer safety services.

As today, I was eating priyagold butter delight biscuits and suddenly i found a synthetic thread like substance in the biscuit. This substance was not at all edible and i have kept that part of biscuit as evidence. Please work on this complaint and provide me proper compensation or I'll have to move to Consumer Forum for the same.

I purchased choko chekkers biscuit and the net weight of that biscuits is 150g+30g free means 180g but when i measure its weight it was showing 170g so my question is are you cheating with us or it have done by mistake please clear for further step.

I ate priyagold butter delight biscuits generally along with my family, and this happened twice, at first we thought to let go but then today again this happened, this is very disappointing!

Sir i m daily eat one packet of priyagold butter delite but today i m see one hair in biscuit. Pls give me explanation of this other wise i will complaint in consumer court and othee agencies

Main apne paas ki kirana ki dukaan se priyagold cnc biscuit kharida, biscuit ke packet ka vajan 45 gram aur kimat 5 rupaye hai. Jab main biscuit ko khane laga tu mujhe mahsus hua ki biscuit mein balu ke kan hain. Jo ki swasthya ke drishtikon se sahi nahin hai.

Low weight in cnc biscuits there is 52 gm but i got 35gm i got this product in shop but i got less weight in your product i can buy your product as new biscuits have been checked but i buy parle product and tis month i checked new biscuits in the market your other i taste that is good and no low weight but i got this pack of cnc i got less weight that is your company fault i buy rupees for that product and this less in weight that pack is low in weight and there quantity is also

I was eating butter bite biscuits when i found the last two biscuits in packet both had a metal thread passing through them. What if i had eaten them without looking. It's a solid metal thread. Batch number as witten on the packet is e191. Very poor manufacturing processes and quality control is being followed by this company. Please do not buy anything from them if your well being is your priority.

Dear Sir - This is to inform that today I bought 200gm Priyagold biscuit packet. I was taking with milk then i found thread in biscuit. I was shoked by see the too poor Quality of biscuit. This is very serious issue. By this negligency any thing happen with people life. Pls take strict action other wise I will go in consumer court against your company and I will accelerate this issue on social and other media.

I wanted to draw your kind attention towards the fact that today i bought two 5 rupees pack of biscuit from market of your company (Classic creme) which already mentioned that it is a creme biscuit... But when i opened the pack i saw there was no cream in biscuit... This is due to your carelessness... How careless are your workers... People usually buy a product for their satisfaction... But when i buyed your product am unsatisfied with your service...
As a consumer we have the right to get satisfied by the product we buy from the market... But in your product i was not able to even say the word satisfied... Because its not there

It's too bad that i got a plastic in butter bite biscuit due to that one can fall ill it's defaming the name and fame of the company's butter bite brand plastic affects human health. Toxic chemicals leach out of plastic and are found in the blood and tissue of nearly all o[censored]s. Exposure to them is linked to cancers, birth defects, impaired immunity, endocrine disruption and other ailments. I am totally disappointed with this incident which i happened to find today in butter bite biscuit of priyagold brand action should be taken other wise i will take further action against this in consumer forum

I had bought a packet of butter delight biscuit from a shopkeeper at noida sec 16. When i opened the packet i found a thread or hair present inside the biscuit which shows crap quality of your biscuits. You are doing fraud with consumer with respect to quality.
It shows that quality control of your product is nasty.
You are doing falter with the health of people.
I will never recommend your cheap brand to my known.
Therefore vide this letter i advised you to enhance the quality of product otherwise you have to pay for this.

This is to inform you than i bought a priyagold cnc biscuits 52g from muradnagar market & when i opened the packet, i found some cotton/rope pulp in side the biscuit. L going to axcalate this in public and media because of your chief quality and manufacturing.
If you don't take this serious then i will go ahead and file a case in consumer court against your company....

I would want to highlight the fact that i found a thread in one of the classic creme biscuits of yours! I wonder if it was something poisonous and not thread and if any infant would have consumed that biscuit what would be your team’s explanation to that! I am highly disappointed! I would recommend all my knowns to not to consume priyagold’s products no more if this is how irresponsible the team is!

We found iron washer in biscuits during the break fast from priyagold delite biscuits. I afraid of that i have eaten some of these biscuits. What will happen to me? Still i have some biscuits in chich iron washer is present. What i should do now? It was fully spead iron washer in biscuits. My name is Himanshu Chhatpar. I have purchased priyagold kids cream biscuit from a general store nearby for my little brother. When he started eating i saw something strange i took the biscuit and found hair in that. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of hygiene. How can a Company be so irresponsible regarding hygiene. When i tried to call the company some person answered the call and when i told him i have a complaint he hung up on me, after sometime i again called him and he told me that someone will call you and then i didn't received any calls. Again i called and they told me that Mr. Shailesh will call you. That person called me and when i told him about the hair he told me give me your address i will collect the biscuit and send it to the company and if the company is found guilty i will give you the replacement thats it i can do. So i told them that i will go to consumer court, he told we don't have any issue with that you can go ahead there are many complaints company faces everyday and nothing is going to happen to this big company. i have recording of the conversation. I want compensation so that company will learn from this and will not neglect in hygiene as well as they should know how to talk to consumers.

Please note that I purchased Priyagold Marie lite from Big Bazaar for Rs 35/-
(MRP on the pack) however the same biscuits costs you Rs 20/- at a
local general store.

I am unable to understand the same product costs you different in
different shops with different MRP's on the pack.

Please can you reply as I want to complaint against Big Bazar if they
are manipulating the MRP's on this packets or is it Priyagold who is
doing this.
