Sir i am rachna thapa from mumbai i also facing with same issue as they had given me work due to some reason i couldn't complete work after that their lawyer has called me saying that you have not complete work so you have to pay software charges and penalty since case have been filled against you they have charged 7500 so i paid then after few days they calling and saying your case have not been closed so you have pay penalty of 12600. After paying 7500 they had send me clearance letter saying that your outstanding amount is cleared now they are saying its no value for that. They have also send the email of case filling undertaking 73, 74, 75 at 1872 act. They had send agreement and legal notice at ([protected]@gmail.com) email id. After reading rest all complaints its sure that its a fraud company. Sir its a request that please take action against them as they taking our hard money. We daily work to earn that money. And i had seen that agreement copy is same as they give to every one just change the name.
