I have purchase my jebra solemate from amazon site, product has problem in bluetooth connectivity and sound quality.
I have submit exchange request under registration no rl154331 on july 18, 2016, they have promise me to replace the device but aug 18 2016, they declared that they don't have stock availability for the same and they need more time to import the device, after n of followup they committed me that device will be delivered to me end of october 2016 but nothing received, in novemeber 2nd when i again approached them for the status they asked me to choose other product as this product is end of life product, after checking the options i have given one more model to deliver in replacement on nov 15th 2016. After having approx 30 conversation and even after 5 months, my problem is not resolve and nobody responding me back for status. My speaker warranty period will be over soon.

On september 7th 2016, i have submitted my device to their local office in gurgaon as advised - rakesh chaudhary
