Aramex is having the worst service in India. My shipment [protected] has reached Kolkata on 30th Dec 2012 but still 10th january 2013 they are unable to deliver. In spite of raising 2 complaints BOM/0113/2857, BOM/0113/699 they have not delivered the item. The Complaints are raised and get closed without any resolution. Their Customer Service is hopeless. They have no idea on the shipment. Sometimes they tell can't be delivered as shipping pin code is not in their network. Sometimes they tell may be delivered but no timeframe. Seems while booking they don't check if they can deliver or not.During actual delivery they come with all these non-senses. I would request ARAMEX management to look into the issue and deliver the item. Was this information helpful? |
