Dear Sir,
I have classic 350 Royal Enfield Motorcycle having Reg.No. MH12HE2016 and clocked 19252 km till date. I have bought this motor cycle on 28/6/2011 from Dhone Automobiles Pune Maharashtra Dealer.
I have been carrying out all the periodic maintenance services on time without skipping single service as per manufacture recommendation at Dhone Automobiles service workshop.
Within 25 months and 19000 km I have spent Rs 22500.00 (Twenty two thousand five hundred only) on this motorcycle against periodic and brake down maintenance due to poor quality of product.This maintenance cost is very high than normal four wheeler (family car) maintenence.
In month of may 2013 just on 18000 km dealer has replaced engine bearing set against problem, abnormal noise from engine side which cost me Rs 75200.00. Then after a driving just 1000 km on 25 July 2013 dealer has replaced entire clutch housing assembly ,clutch cable,including clutch lever against clutch malfunctioning problem which cost me rs 4300.00.
The reason for raising this concern in month of may 2013 when I have escalated my matter to customer service Royal Enfield., my concern was resolved only then after.
Now after spending Rs 4000.00 again on clutch issue still clutch is malfunctioning.I have shown my motorcycle twice to dealer for same problem but dealer could not fixed the problem.So again I escalated the issue to customer service Royal Enfield and Territory Service Manager on 10 th August 2013. Now today is 4th day nobody is bother to reply me even acknowledged my concern and I am waiting for reply.
My problem should be resolved because it annoying for me.
