[Resolved]  Royale Prestige Gas Stove — Repairs or Exchange of Gas Stove

I had purchased Prestige Royale Gas Stove (Four burner with auto ignition) in Mar 2010 fro the Canteen Stores Deptt of Army from Delhi Cantt. Now after three and half years o[censored]sage of the Gas Stove, the burner holder of the Gas Stove has melted due to poor metallurgy due to which lots of gas is leaking. My grievances are two :- Firstly, there is no service center available in bikaner which can repair the gas stove. Secondly, there is no information whatsoever available online about the service centre of prestige product in or around bikaner. Last but not the least, if the info can be provided about the dealers or the service centre then I could either get my gas stove repaired or get it exchanged on some ongoing offer by the company.
