Repairs or Exchange of Gas Stove
I had purchased Prestige Royale Gas Stove (Four burner with auto ignition) in Mar 2010 fro the Canteen Stores Deptt of Army from Delhi Cantt. Now after three and half years o[censored]sage of the Gas Stove, the burner holder of the Gas Stove has melted due to poor metallurgy due to which lots of gas is leaking. My grievances are two :- Firstly, there is no service center available in bikaner which can repair the gas stove.

Glass broken to pieces

The 4 stove gas stove glass top broken into small pieces while cooking on17.1.2013 . After finding out the correct tel nos after days , the technician arrived and told the stove is ok and the glass broke due to some heavy object falling on it (which is not correct). Moreover he asked for the cash memo and guarantee card which has been misplaced and not traceable till date.
