Regarding servicing contract forAquagaur with a company called Rubicon, hav got worst experience ever.
It is hard to digest that consistently thrice it has happened that a technician come for servicing, tires to fix something ( which he is not successful at ) and damages some other part of the machine and they act clueless to th fact hw it has happened. These are not really trained technicians just cheap labor. Company is fraud. First he comes for services after 3 months for the first time cleans filter damages filtr cover, next guy comes aft repeated calling for nearly a month and misbehaves, gives rude unprofessional answers says he will come back with the cover and never turns up. Next guy Comes tries to fix it up with m seal and in the process damages the on/off switch of the water!!! Says I don one how it happened! Now fe been calling the customer help line for complaints but all my efforts are in vein. Had taken the contract for servicing but they hav ended up damaging the good machine due to lack of genuine experience, ignorance and ims handling of the device. Was this information helpful? |
