Technician has not followed up with the repair status from 30th Sept 2014 till Oct 16th 2014 where I called him and he did not call back nor did he pick up my calls post that time. I then spoke to the call centre and, adviced them to return my product in same state. I then, took a decision and purchased a new water purifier due to lack of trust in this company. Now it seems he started to work on my machine from today and refuses to return my product without payment. I feel abused, cheated and not respected as a customer. Please assist. I Also urge to the readers of this forum not to deal, buy any products from this vendor as not time bound in following up with its customers unless it involves a sale.
