Dear sir, I'm Navin My *Virgin Mobile GSM* no. is *[protected]*, I was set a collartune on my mobile *[protected]* in 1st week of february2013 for three months collartunes. And i was charged RS 60 /- for it and i set my tune song as "Hasratein bar bar" from movie "murder3" its ok. but after 1march2013 i noticed that it was automatically changed to another song "hukka bar" which i dont know how it changed but i am conform it was not from my side. so i called in care no on 121 no 2 or 3 times. they replied me it was changed from my side, while its totaly wrong. fine it also ok but i sad i want to change this tune i dont like. and given my choice song and they said i am changing your tune you have to wait 4 hour . but no one can do it i waited 3day sir but it was not changed. then i activeted a song "Dil ko aaya sukun" movie "Rangrezz" through sending a sms on "5868699" was changed on 8th of march2013 and i recieved a conformation messege . i wait 4hrs but it was singing only with company tunes not my choice song. again i contact in care 121 i have talked with 4 officers and two sinior officer one sinior officer name was sachin he said. all said me you have to wait 4 hrs. it means i wait almost 28 hours now but till now noone haelped me. then i decided to mail on this id. its my humble request please help me sir. thanks & regards Navin Was this information helpful? | |||
