[Resolved]  Thums Up — complaint against coca cola company

I have purchased one bottle of 600 ml 'Thums Up' from local market shop at Bagnan station road, Dist- Howrah-711303. Dt. 15/8/2013. And found one dead snake in the said bottle !!!

I think that the company have no responsibility about the human life in our India.
Bar code no[protected]. Mfg. date 04/07/2013.

Should I go to the consumer forum for the compensation ????????
It will be express to all media for save the consumer life of our country.
