Professional Couriers — Item undelivered | |||||
I had booked an item to be delivered to hyderabad 500068 on 7.9.2020 and the tracking window shows it having reached hyderabad on 11.9.2020 and still not delivered. The courier agent in hyderabad is not answering the phone and i finally wrote to the concerned people in the company. Today i get a call saying that they have lost the item in transit and that they are in the process of compensating me suitably but only by phone pe and by no other means. I vehemently wrote to them that i expect their compensation by electronic transfer as i do not use phone pe. I have lost the value of the item as well as the delivery charge and half a day talking to the guy who called me urging me to use phone pe so that they could compensate me and asks for my debit card no with cvv. No. The worst courier service i ever came across. Totally unprofessional and crooks. I swear i shall never ever seek their service Was this information helpful? | |||||
