I used this service from bangalore to nagpur, one of my package got missed during delivery for 7 month i kept calling those guys but no one ever responded,
Emails address mentioned on there site also respond only to new customer. They took some money saying this is insurance for any damage. Now if i try to connect that insurance person that is also fake.
Better spend some extra money for trusted company

I received my vehicle after 5-6 months, that after an army officer intervened and threatened to take action against the person amit sharma.
This experience certainly hasn't been a pleasant one, specially considering that the vehicle belonged to my brother and he had just died. My hatred for this company and this person was at such heights that i would have gone to any length to teach mr amit sharma a lesson.
Perhaps if i get to meet these bastards some day i will break their jaws. I cannot even wish good for their families because i get a feeling that the whole family are a bunch of rotten scum bags.
Please avoid nikhil international movers and packers at all cost, avoid cheap enticing companies, pay a little more but hire good companies. The last i heard of amit sharma was that he was in jail. I certainly hope that is true, not just for him, but his entire family.

It's 5 months running and yet my vehicle is undelivered. The vehicle in question belongs to an army officer yet this company has fooled around. I wonder what they would do to a civilian. Made numerous complaints to the bangalore police, but it seems the police is just happy in taking their monthly salary sittng in a chair (Churiya pehen rakhi hai).
I don't know what happens to complaints submitted here in consumer forums also, but my main motive is to make people aware of not only this company, but to make them aware that companies who charge less for the same job are not necessarily the best option. These people have thick skins, it would be like putting yourself in a ditch, once in your feel you are slowly drowning.
Having said this, i didn't win the vehicle in a lottery, it was through hard earned money, so i intend to make these rascals pay, either through the help of the government (Who is just so busy printing money and making false ridiculous claims, aka mr narendra modi ji) or without it's help.

My name is pritesh basnett and i am the younger brother of indian army captain "nitesh basnett of 12 kumaon regiment". Sir the reason i am writing this mail is because recently my brother passed away, i was in bangalore in the month of may to transport his vehicle from bangalore to darjeeling his home town. I hired nikhil international packers and movers from yeshwanthpur to do the job. I paid then a sum of twenty four thousand rupees and handed over the car keys on the 24 th of may 2018. Sir, after multiple complaints to the national consumer forums and also bangalore police yet this company has not delivered the vehicle. This has been one of the most traumatic experiences for my family as the car would obviously very dear to us.
Sir the person who took the vehicle, his name is amit and his phone number is[protected].
I have strong reasons to believe that he has been lying to us regarding the whereabouts of the vehicle. Recently he gave me the number of driver of the container who is supposed to be bringing the vehicle and his number is[protected].
After multiple attempts we have failed to acquire our vehicle, sir i am writing this mail in hopes that there are good people left in our lives. We are willing to co-operate in any manner with the police in this matter.

This guy Amit, he took my vehicle in the month of May, and has yet to deliver my vehicle. Got to him through Urban clap, which I recommend not to use, because they juat kicked him out of their site, that's it and I have to deal with them now. Made numerous complaints, even the police, yet they are shameless. After 3 months says my vehicle is in West Bengal, gives me the drivers number, the driver says he is 350 km from the destination and then fails to deliver even after 4 days. This company cannot cover a distance of 350 kms in 4 days, is this a joke. These people have to be put out of business and any other such businesses so that consumers do not suffer in their misleading hands.
I recommend people to absolutely not use the service of Nikhil international movers and packers in Bangalore, unless and until you are ready to deal with a nightmare.
Amit, the proprietor of the company is a smooth talking, liar and a cheat, please beware.

I am moving my goods through Nikhil international Packers and movers it's one the partner of expertsinmoving.com. as I registered in this site I got a call from Amit ( Nikhil international Packers and movers) and we both agreed for 6000rs for my goods moving from Bangalore to mumbai.

After taking my goods those guys said the cost will be 8500 even though I agreed for that. Now is almost 15days those guys are not responding to my call and message.

This is really fraud. Please guys don't believe Nikhil international Packers and movers and it's partner expertsinmoving.com.

I have my vehicle (Tata Indica sapphire, registered under an Indian Army Officer) to Nikhil international movers and packers in May, to transport from Bangalore to Siliguri. After 12-13 days of handing over the vehicle I was informed that is was in Kolkata and awaited further connection.
The vehicle was supposed to have been in Kolkata for about 2 weeks citing various reasons, I was told there was a riot in Shillong, then there was a flood, and then I was informed that there was no container to further connect it from Kolkata. Ultimately when I asked for the address as to where my vehicle was in at Kolkata so that I could go there and collect it personally, first they agreed to share the address and then again after 3 days they said that there is no authorised person to open the containers so I cannot collect it. Further they said that it is being returned back to Bangalore. As difficult as it is to believe I had to agree. Now after almost 2 months the vehicle as per the company has been in West Bengal for over a week, and it is damaged and is under r repair. Same story, they would not give me the address.
I have filed a police complaint also now. In any business when ever any information is shared it is vital for the success of the business. Any information is a valuable one and should be shared with utmost care and honesty. It is here that these guys from Nikhil international movers and packers amuse me as they are so disorganised, and reckless, irresponsible and unworthy of any credentials. They are running a legitimate business but the representative s are a Joke. Either that or it is just their nature of cheat and fraud, and they've been getting away with it up until now.
Any such form of business or service should be immediately brought to the notice of the law, this would help in a lot of citizens and their hard earned money a lot of trouble. A simple task for me has gone on to be a mammoth task, and I don't know how and when will this end, but the physical and mental trauma this company has caused me is a big lesson for me in my life, in trust, in faith and in honesty.

It's been almost 2 months now. I have filed a complaint in Bangalore police against this company. It's such a shame such companies exist. When we are dealing with the properties of people you cannot fool around, but these guys are doing exactly that. May be it is because they get away doing these sort of things all the time, but not this time.
Still no word on delivery of my vehicle, I don't even know where it exactly is and the only thing I have been informed about is that the vehicle is damaged and under repair. These people are impossible, irresponsible and audacious, they should be put out of business... ASAP

It's been almost 2 months since I handed over my car to Nikhil international movers and packers, they still havent delivered my vehicle. Have been in constant touch with Amit[protected] from the company and recently he asked me to withdraw my complaint against him I made in consumer forums saying it is of no use. He says the vehicle is in West Bengal, after almost 2 months, but that is all, no definite on the delivery.
The vehicle was supposed to be transported from Bangalore to Siliguri with all relevant papers and payments made. The vehicle is registered under an Indian Army officer and has West Bengal registration.
The way Nikhil international movers and packers have asked me to withdraw my complaint against them is not a good working ethics and I take it as a threat. Any help from your end would be greatly appreciated.. I am willing to share any details that may be required from my end to solve this matter at the earliest. Recently hired this company to shift my vehicle and some items inside of it from bangalore to siliguri in wb. Made full payment of 24, 000. The stipulated time for delivery was 7 days as per amit (The person in charge), it has been a month, and the only update i have gotten is that the vehicle is in kolkata and there are no containers to transport it further. Upon asking for the address in kolkata so that i can collect my vehicle personally on my expense this person has failed to provide me the address. I have been in constant touch with the afore said person, everytime he comes up with some chit chat and deviates from the subject and fails to give any substantial answer as to the where abouts of my vehicle and the delivery. The company was listed in urbanclap, but recently they were suspended from the website.
I have the personal details of the person who took my vehicle.

My consignment which includes my 3 motor vehicle, 1 ac, 1 fridge and lot of other house hold items were picked on 21st of april'18. The whole amount has been paid advance and the package has not yet moved from delhi which has to be delivered to mirzapur, up. It has been more than a month where the consignment was supposed to be delivered in next 10 days. Worst service experience. Amit - doesn't answer the calls and now they are asking us to pay 9000 rs. More if we want them to deliver the service.

I have booked shipment from bangalore. These people came to pick up and when everything is loaded started bargaining on charges which we have already finalized over the call.
They took almost a month to delivery and finally responded that delivery cannot be done due to their issues with transportation.

I requested to return which is taking more than 3 month for while consignment. As they are delivering in a parts.

My complete package is not returned and response to calls as well is stopped.

My money and package is still with them and they are not returning it at all.

Hi, i had posted an inquiry on assureshift.com for shifting my household items from bangalore to guwahati. They had provided me with quite a few options and then i decided to go with nikhil international packers and movers. I had shifted my items on 17th january 2018. As per their agreement i was supposed to receive the delivery on 29th. However they failed to adhere the mention date and told me that i would be getting it on 3rd feb. I had called them up today to enquire if the delivery will be happening tomorrow. I had called them almost 50 times but they did not respond to my calls. However, there were times when i tried to reach them and they were busy talking to other people. Somehow i managed to get hold of one guy called sunil and he told me that the truck has broken down and i will be receiving the package next week. This is totally unacceptable and aberrant. I wish to lodge a complaint against the mental harassment they put me through. Kindly help.

I transferred my household stuff on 31st July from Bangalore to Kolkata as I got fracture so had to shift from there... but 31st July Nikhil international staff took my stuff n told, it wud b deliverred in Kolkata home within 25 days but I got delivery on 10th September and after calling them so many times, even they told that if we dont give what will you do? one day their driver called suddenly and told they reached howrah bridge, we were happy. after 45 min again he called and told to come on main road. it was 2 am night . we thought something wrong happened so rushed t road at 2am and you can imagine its not safe for a lady to rush t road at 2 am with his old father f age 75..we went there. Driver came out n told just see what stuff s urs in truck n take it..we were surprised because they confirmed at the time taking the stuff in bangalore that they will deliver at home. The truck was full with other areas n other familys stuff and our stuff was in between them . driver said he has no idea where s my stuff and started giving other familys LED n WASHING MACHINE n other new stuff. these all were new. somehow we found our chair broken, my new fruit basket with no wheels in it.. and a few stuff. most f the costly stuff were not there. even I told driver t see my new bag f new clothes, he told its not there but it was inside only.he went without giving geyser n clothes bag n so many small small things like my costly showpieces, TV wire and electronic items were all wet n useless..and my hand s fractured . my father s so old but he was giving us our heavy stuff t hold.. everything was damaged. bowls n glasses, plates all were falling in drainage. I called Mr. Amit in packers n movers who took my stuff frm Bangalore, he told who told you to take your stuff at night, we told we didnt tell t come he came suddenly. then he disconnected and again n again we called but he didnt pick up call. we were worried who will get all thing down the truck bcs so many things were there, main thing was scooty to get down bcs it was in the middle n it was impossible t get down. on road noone was there. morning 5am someone was passing from there, we took help frm him and scooty came down . I saw it was in terrible broken condition. I gave scooty for service in bangalore on 29th of July bfor giving them on 31st (in 2 days gap).. but I got it in so bad condition that again I had t give it to service by calling the person bcs its both handles n brake were broken n it wasnt in running codition. after one month service people came here n opened parts in front f me..it was full f water inside n nikhil international staff must have thrown it from somewhere bcs everything was broken in it. even I m asking for my new geyser but they are telling. after losing it u will say it new .. we bought geyser in new house 4 months bfore but never used as after shifting I got t know that water doesnt one in pipes. we have t buy it .so how can we use geyser there. one of my relative in Kolkata said they are buying it at purchase price (M.R.P.) bcs they knew its new.. bcs f fracture I didnt have money so they paid money in advance . geyser was 25 ltr big size very new. now winters came n they are asking money or geyser. I dont have 5, 500 t give them as I m jobless here. Their kids are boiling water in gas stove n daily they curse me.bcs f Nikhik International I spoiled my relation with my best relative...Even they are not calling n when I call Mr. Amit says he ll call n never call back..
