I had ordered dior homme intense 30ml decant from projekt perfumery mr. Mohit, i received a fake sample, completely watered down with no fragrance. My order number is[protected]. I tried contacting him. But no response from the seller.. Very disappointed. I need my money back or an original sample. Customer care service is also very poor.. I received the product only after 20days of ordering..

I am writing this after trying to reach these guys in vain for almost a month now.

I had the following issues:
1. I have ordered more than 20k worth of perfumes from them and found one bottle of terre d'hermes to be fake (Confirmed from shoppers stop and lifestyle) and had raised a replacement request.

After trying to reach out to them on their website and their defunct customer care line, the whole website was redesigned and i don't see my replacement request any more. I had sent the details to saurabh (Who doesn't work with them anymore), who directed me to tanisha, who stopped responding as well.

So, i am stuck with the fake bottle, whose replacement (Not return) request i had raised after lots of background work and encouraged by mohit's video "f the fakes".

2. Order # 3705 on smellalike.in delivered a broken bottle (Broken sprayer, with 60% juice missing) of armaf craze which i also wanted to be replaced (Not returned).

Both the items have been pending with them for quite some time now and no action is being taken.

Fyi, i have been their customer for more years now, ordering perfumes worth more than 30k. Please consider my above requests asap.

I ordered a Versace Dylan Blue decant 25ml but when i opened the box i smell very horrible and very bad that even it can't be said a perfume at all
When i called at [protected] first the person clearly denied that that the product is fake then after a lot of messages he just started ignoring me.
I want to say just don't ever buy anything from this ### website otherwise you will regret.

My name is biswanath chowdhury and i have placed an order on 27th november and i prepaid for it online. As promised the product need to be shipped within 48 hours. Today 30th november (72 hours) but got no tracking details and nothing. Moreover, i tried many ways to reach them but got no response. After many tries mohit replied yesterday to wait till today. But after that again no reply and no tracking detail.

I ordered a mont blanc femme individuel in may, and unfortunately decided to open the bottle in november. On opening the bottle, the silver setting came off, also the nozzle wouldn't work, plus it left an oily residue!
I sent the company two emails! I'm still awaiting their response. I've called them nothing less than twenty times, their customer service agents don't understand english, they don't have the basic courtesy of returning calls or responding to emails. Mohit, the owner spoke to me on two occasions and tried pushing the blame on their courier partners. I was assured that the product would be replaced after diwali.. Since the product was not in stock. I'm still waiting for the part where he replaces the product or at least takes ownership for selling a faulty product, and yes also for the part where he doesn't make false promises of replacing the product

This fake guy Mohit is cheating customers with his fake perfumes and website. People who are running this fake business should be put in JAIL for violating consumer safety, counterfeiting and smuggling. I'm making a police case and will soon serve them a legal notice.

Projekt Perfumery is selling the original perfumes only from their store and making profit by selling to other perfume retailers.
But ONLINE, they're selling one batch of perfumes in diluted form and the other batch mixed with god knows which dangerous artificial oils. This can lead to very bad health effects on skin and lungs!

Last but not the least, they will always ship your order with some or the other item missing. Then their customer support will keep ignoring your calls and whatsapp msgs for months until you give up calling altogether!

Mohit beta, you're lucky that Indians don't value their time and get straight into legal action due to anxiety of police involvement. Every dog has his day, but not for long. I will get you guys arrested soon. It's time we close your shady operations.

I ordered the product on 3 october 2018 and paid the amount in full. On 4th october i messaged to check the status and was told that the product is not in stock.

This was shocking since i was not informed at the time of placing the order else would not have done so (Was for a special occasion). I asked them for a refund to which they immediately agreed on chat (On 4th october 2018). Screenshot of chat and order confirmation mail attached below.

It has been more than 45 days since then, i have sent numerous mails, chat messages and spoken to 5 different executives. Have not got a response to a single mail or message. Since the past 5-6 days, even the customer care number is not being answered.

This is highly disappointing and frustrating. Only false claims on the websites and by executives.

Please process the refund immediately. Thank you.

I have placed an order on 5 october 2018. Order id[protected]. I havnt received any updates on the order yet. No tracking details were provided. I already paid rs10000 for the order. Kindly see through it. I dont know how to contact them also.. I tried calling their customer care number but itis saying that its switched off.. Atleast if i get my refund it would be nice. I have ordered perfume on july 19, 2018 worth rs 5249 and after one month i finally came to know that it's out of stock after asking them continuously for my order. They are very non-responsive and its really frustrating to deal with them. I was told to contact mohit which i had done. I was told that refund will be done on august last week and today is october 22, still no refund from them. I have already given mohit all the necessary details like payment id for my order. I have mailed them, texted them many times with no proper response. It is really a disappointing experience with my hard earned money not refunded till now. Please resolve my issue.

I bought tere d hermes 200ml from their facebook sale on 27th august, 2018 and till today i haven't received the product nor get any refund after endless conversations via fb messenger, email, and non-responded phone calls. The owner keeps on saying i will resolve the issue asap but that is it.

Secondly, i bought another product from killeroud.com on 21st september for killeroud 30ml by paris corner and money was deducted but i never received any email confirmation. When i complaint to via chat support and email, i didnt get any reply. On top of this, the killeroud.com site is down ever since and i don't have anyway to prove my order except for my transaction id, as i can't access my order history, nor any email confirmation for the order was received.

I've been having a very frustrating experience and if at least they pick up the phone and tell us the status of the issues i am facing, maybe i will be able to understand what was going on. This is totally unacceptable and my first ever bad experience in purchasing any perfume online. Can you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I want a refund for both of my purchase. First purchase made on facebook sale transaction id was[protected]. Second purchase made on killeroud.com has the transaction id as[protected].

At the outset, i am indeed disappointed with the after sales experience. Apart from the initial order confirmation mail, i have not received any update on the date of dispatch or tentative date of delivery.

I believe as a customer, i need to be apprised of the details as to when i will receive my order. Moreover, i am unable to locate a contact no to reach out to you.

Request you to share the dispatch date and details.

You may cancel the order and initiate refund if you are unable to furnish the details by today.

I had ordered an azzaro chrome legend 125ml on 19th of september. I payed through debit card and everything was successful. But now it has bern around 10 days i havent received any info. About my order. They have a text messaging service on which i got a reply that the product wasnt shipped because it was out of stock while the site still shows that they have one item remaining in their stock. I am in a dillema. How long do i have to wait or have i been duped? Atleast they should provide information about the status of my ordered product. Even if it will get delivered lately they should inform the customer. Buying it in retail was better i guess.

I ordered a 30ml decant of acqua do gio profumo on the 8th of september. I received an email stating that i'd get an email when the product was shipped. I waited a week and no reply. Then i used their chat support system that gave a very unconcerned response that it would be shipped. Finally after another reminder i received the order on the 26th of september. The packaging was pathetic for a high-end product (Even though it was a decant). There was no label on the bottle and it smelt like strong cheap perfume. I wrote them a mail requesting a refund to which i didn't receive any response. The same with the chat support. I called the two numbers listed here-but no luck there. So i resorted to put up a complaint as i spent my hard earned money on the product. I hope you can help me with the money refund process.

I Ordered Dua Fragrance 30 ML retail bottle from Perfumery.co.in however I received a decant without any label instead of an original bottle. When I wrote an email complaining, I was told that they have fallen short of labels. I am guessing they are putting labels on decants and selling then as originals. My phone calls and emails remain unanswered. I am not worried about lost money as much as I am worried that people might buy unknown and dangerous chemicals thinking they are buying safe and certified perfumes from reputed perfume houses. Perfumes are put and skin and inhaled. I am extremely worried that retailers like perfumery.co.in are possibly selling harmful chemicals to uninformed buyers like myself .

Hi, i bought a product on july 31.. Its cost around 2500 rs.. For one month they are saying like it wil tommorow. After that month telling like product is not available.. Then i asked for refund they are telling to contact mohit. If i try to contact him.. Not possible response from them.. I am really fed up.. I dont know what to do..

I ordered 3 perfumes from perfumery.co.in (Order #[protected] on august 15, 2018. Only one perfume (La yuqawum by rasasi) out of the three were delivered to me. Today it has been one whole month since i placed the order.

Since then i have dropped multiple e-mails to both the sales team and mohit khatri himself, but i still have not received any reply. And their helpline number is always busy.

I have neither received the products nor a refund.

If mohit khatri cannot send the products then he should give me a full refund.

This is a serious case of cheating. I have been cheated of rs. 8998 by perfumery.co.in and i will file a complaint in the cyber crime division if my issue is not resolved.

Hello I am an old customer of Projekt Perfumery and Unboxed Perfumes.I placed an order for Shalimar Guerlain EDP one month back but didn't receive delivery.After a month of chasing them with incessant calls and mails, they sent me an Edt of Shalimar.
Inspire of calls, text messages Mr Khatri didn't revert or acknowledge the faulty product delivery.My product order number is:[protected].Disappointed with this experience, I urge people not to buy from these sites.Its not worth it.

All their product are fake, once you buy their product they won't take any calls or response your complain. Avoid their fake response here in actual they wont do anything. They are such a looooser with capital 'o". I have made complain many times but their response is nil. They don't care about their money back guarantee and once you buy, forget your hard earn money for fake perfume. It is far better to buy it near stores like lifestyle or shoppers.

My complain is not resolved till date as it is been a month, these guys are running a cheater shop and behaviour is pathetic. never ever buy from them.
they just close the complains without solving it in actual. feels like swearing at them...Hell NO to (https://perfumery.co.in/ ) i'll make sure ppl do read my blogs and spread this matter to next level. no one is gonna buy you guys ever!!!

They sent me diluted version of the product and now they are not responding to return the product and taking my calls.

Pls. don't buy anything from them, after getting the money they evaporate like their fake perfumes....
