I have paid Rs 2600/ for Alexa OG perfume on 24/09/2023 and order has been confirmed by project perfumery Co with order No .PPI-SX[protected]XX. But till now I have not yet received any parcel. I also send msg via Instagram but all in vain.

Its been almost a 2 month they still have not delivered my product nor refund my money

After not refunding the money i ask them at least send the product and then they created the fake AWB number to cheat the customer i also contact the courier service which they are using they send product is not handover to them soo all they do is scam they scam me for 7407rs

Im complaining 3rd time they r not ready to refund or not even willing to send the products after taking the money they think customer are fool i wish this time you could take some actions against them they are scamming our hard earn money

I have ordered a Davidoff Coolwater fragrance on 21st August 2023 and the product is still not delivered. The tracking status of the order is showing as Item Booked from August and it is not delivered.

This is a scam website and many other customers are facing the same issues.

I ordered a Davidoff Coolwater fragrance from this website and the product is not delivered. Tracking ID is showing as shipment booked.

This is a fake website charging fraud money without delivering the product. I can see that many other customers face the same issue from this website. My order cost is Rs. 2098 ordered on
21st August 2023 and it is still not delivered. Order ID - 85617.

Please take remedial action against this scam website

After canceling the order they are not refunding my money back sum of rs 7407.3

There is no updates on my order its an prepaid order of 7407.3amount

I placed an order for perfume and paid 14500 using credit card. I haven't received my order yet. It's already been more than 15 days now.

My order #PPI-SX[protected]XX in which I ordered 4 bottles of perfume. I received 2 bottles in 3 days but there is no update from the company on the remaining bottles.

I want the perfumes to be dispatched and I get a Point of contract until it reaches me.

On August 5, 2023 i order 3 perfumes (order no 85497). they didnt bother to send the perfumes and only after i logged a complaint did they send it on Aug 16 which reached me on Aug 20. When i opened one of the perfumes called Autobiography Nova, i found the bottle to be damaged and all the juice in the bottle gone. I want to get a refund for the money i paid.

I placed my order on 30th July 2023, it's been 18 days, and I have no update or replies.
I please want it sorted and my product delivered, I have paid for my order as well.

I ordered for a sample of perfume from Perfumery. ae and had to pay online as no COD was available and it’s been more than a month now and they have neither shipped or communicated any reason for delay. They have no active customer care number and now I am in soup.They sent me a order tracking link but it says the order is not shipped only since 31st July. This is a fraudulent website.

My order no 84997 ordered on Aug 5, 2023 has been booked but not shipped. inspite of reminders there has been no response.

It's been more than 3 weeks (order date[protected] since I ordered the product, order# #PPI-SX[protected]XX, but it hasn't been delivered yet. Despite of several emails and messages on whatsapp, only twice they responded that too on whasapp and they said that they'll ship in that particular week. They stopped responding now. If they can't deliver, they should cancel the order and refund my payment.

I had faced an issue with “perfumery.co.in”. Details furnished below.

1. Searched for 200 ML quantity perfume bottle on the website perfumery.co.in (Artifacts attached” Search Result.JPG”) and placed order “order no. #PPI-SX[protected]XX” (Artifacts attached” Purchase Confirmation.JPG”), however in the details section quantity of 100 ML was mentioned but the price displayed was of 200 ML.

2. Order placed for 200 ML, and I accepted the price displayed on the website. Purchased the product dated 12-July-2023. Payment done via bank transfer HDFC for INR 8461.14. (Artifacts attached” Payment Confirmation.JPG”)

3. Received 100 ML perfume dated 17-July-2023

4. Return requested via website (Artifacts attached “Return Req.JPG”), emails (Artifacts attached “Gmail.JPG”), and WhatsApp (Artifacts attached “WhatsApp.JPG”), as the quantity received less as per my order.

5. Return request not accepted on the website and no reply to emails as well after several follow-ups.

6. Received confirmation from them via WhatsApp that the quantity was not provided by them as it was placed, and refund of the excess amount was also accepted by them initially. However, after some time they stopped replying to messages as well for the refund of excess amount 100 ML (Artifacts attached “WhatsApp.JPG”).

I am reaching to your team to help me to solve the issue and help me getting my refund of the balance amount as they have stopped replying and not taking any action.

First of all why all of your phones dont respond ? Why is it hard for a customer to reach you ? I have ordered 3 perfumes and received just one. Wheres the remaining ? If its not available do a refund. I have asked for a refund 3 days back and the person with the number +[protected], +[protected] is hiding along with [protected]@perfumery.co.in and [protected]@perfumery.ae. Its been 10 days since the order. I need a refund back. I am going to share all the pictures of what has happened till now. Do you think people are fools ?. I am not going to let this go as easily as you are thinking sir. Either send the product or return the money back to the source today (18/07/2023). I have all the proofs with me. The transaction, chats and every unresponded emails. Lets not force me to hire a lawyer. Please ! I had been genuine and so patient with you guys

I got assurance of sending the remaining 3 perfumes as prepaid order #PPI-SX[protected]XX for which I had paid the entire amount for 4 perfumes. Check my whatsapp from [protected].

Then, you can see my daily follow ups without any response from you. You seem to be keeping me on tenter hooks, just sending one message a fortnight to assuage me and then leaving me up to dry, without any action.

I think your true business is a front to defraud customers with your modus operandi being - sending 1 out of many perfumes in the pretext of non-availability BUT, make customers pay full amount even on Cash on Delivery order (as the customer cannot open the package to inspect before paying). Proof attached in the packaging pictures. Also, I can see the same perfumes in "shortage" being sold at bigger discounts on your website perfumery.co.in.

Then, you ghost the customer indefinitely over your support channels just WhatsApp and email.

Please consider this as my last follow up with you before escalating this issue with proper law enforcing and legal channels.

Ordered 4 perfumes PPI-SX[protected]XX as COD. Got a small package today demanding full amount of 3121/-. But when we opened the package, it had just one perfume!

It also had a small slip of all the 4 perfumes but the small package and the demand for full amount implies that perfumery did this fraud on purpose as it could not have stuffed all 4 perfumes in the small package sent.

Tried reaching out on their email and WhatsApp, but no response from them! There is no cell pho e number provided as well in the whole site! The number with WhatsApp has phone switched off!

Please help me reach out to the owners perpetrating this fraud.
