I ordered a perfume on December 21, 2022, with the order ID #PPI-SX[protected]XX. However, even after three weeks, I had not received the product. I tried to follow up with the perfumery customer support, but they were unresponsive. Eventually, I cancelled the order on January 21, 2023, .
I received a cancellation confirmation email from the team, and they said that the money would be refunded within four to five business days. However, I have not received a refund to date, despite following up with them via email and WhatsApp. The team have not responded validly to any of my messages.
