Ordered 4 perfumes PPI-SX[protected]XX as COD. Got a small package today demanding full amount of 3121/-. But when we opened the package, it had just one perfume!

It also had a small slip of all the 4 perfumes but the small package and the demand for full amount implies that perfumery did this fraud on purpose as it could not have stuffed all 4 perfumes in the small package sent.

Tried reaching out on their email and WhatsApp, but no response from them! There is no cell pho e number provided as well in the whole site! The number with WhatsApp has phone switched off!

Please help me reach out to the owners perpetrating this fraud.

I have been following up on their "support" whatsapp number and I was told 2 weeks back that the remaining perfumes will be sent as there is a shortage. That was the only response I got from them till now. Absolutely no response on their support whatsapp. Feel quite helpless and my money is gone!

For their excuse of shortage - I see the sales continuing and the same perfumes being sold... on a bigger discount! Am getting a feeling this website is a fraud.

Am looking at legal recourses and escalations now.

    First I got an email that the product has been shipped and I got the tracking number and the next day it showed that the product is yet to be shipped and then they stopped answering my messages and when you send a message on whatsapp there's a worthless good for nothing auto bot replying to your texts.

      I had put the order ORDER #PPI-SX[protected]XX on 18th May with full payment done. Product not received and no response to mails to [protected]@perfumery.co.in. Mails are bouncing

        I have ordered 2 davidoff edt 75 ml for men. It was in clearance and I was charged 1398.60 for 2 pieces. But when I opened the package, there was only 1 piece. I have lodged a complain in WA and also in email. But there was no response. WA is totally automated, so you can't chat. You can call. I think I should go to the cosumers forum.

            I orders two perfumes from this site on 15th march. They only delivered one of them i tried to mail them and contact the customer support they said the partial delivery will ship in a week or so. Its been almost 2 months now they haven’t shipped it yet. Last update was on 2nd may they created a new order for the item they were not able to deliver its been 8-10 days they haven’t shipped that one and they’re has been no reply from them they’re not responding on instagram not responding on whatsapp no replies of emails. Im tired of being harassed by them. ORDER #PPI-SX[protected]XX This is the new order id they created for the partial delivery. And this is the original order id ORDER #PPI-SX[protected]XX

                      Fake perfume sent - return and refund initiated - reverse pick up done - refund processed - money not received. Promises made. Now responses have stopped from them.

                        I had placed 2 orders almost 2 months back, the order ids being PPI-SX[protected]XX and PPI-SX[protected]XX . I tried reaching their customer service through whatsapp, email several times.Sometimes they reply saying shipping in a few days and then they disappear and other times there is no response at all.The credibility of this company is really doubtful.Customer service is very poor.

                          I ordered a perfume on December 21, 2022, with the order ID #PPI-SX[protected]XX. However, even after three weeks, I had not received the product. I tried to follow up with the perfumery customer support, but they were unresponsive. Eventually, I cancelled the order on January 21, 2023, .
                          I received a cancellation confirmation email from the team, and they said that the money would be refunded within four to five business days. However, I have not received a refund to date, despite following up with them via email and WhatsApp. The team have not responded validly to any of my messages.

                            I have placed an order on 14th Feb 2023, they delivered one fragrance and changed the order status to Fulfilled.
                            There were 3 other designer fragrances which are not delivered and now there is no response on any channel - Whatsapp, Instagram, Email.

                            I am still waiting for an update on the delivery of pending items.

                            If they don't respond, all I can do is to visit their store in Ahmedabad and get the delivery or the refund.

                              I ordered products worth 6000Rs from this site on 2nd March they claimed on site that products will be shipped within 24 to 48 hrs, I waited for 1week but didn't recieved anything on enquiry with bluedart I came to know that project perfumery has kept my order on hold for unknown reason, they neither respond to my mail nor does their phone is working, I demand for refund and advice other customers not to trust this site

                                I purchased some items from their website on the 9th February and paid online through UPI payment gateway. they gave me an offer that the items would be shipped within 24 hours and will reach in a week. they sent me a tracking link the next day but to this day the tracking has not been activated. on calling bluedart, the shipping company, they said there is a probloem and i should confirm with the seller. i have been trying to reach the company but nobody answers any phone calls, and the i8 got a rerply to the email but very vague. they reply on the whatsapp, everyday saying it will be shipped tomorrow but nothing happens.

                                      I have returned my 3 black cardamom perfumes to them and that has been recieved by them as confirmed by Mr.Gaurav from their team.
                                      But now they are not refunding my money back and also not responding. Now this is getting serious and I am feeling helpless.
