I have made many purchases from the website but last 2 of my orders are now pending and there’s no update on when it will be shipped. I placed the orders on 11th and 14th January respectively and immediate following which they sent a “pickup awaited” message from blue dart with no update till date. It’s been over 2 weeks but I tried contacting them through whatsapp, email, instagram and personal DMs to both Mohit and the customer care executive Mr Gaurav but has no satisfactory outcome and my order is still unresolved till date. They keep deleting the comments regarding our grievances rather than resolving it. Order details are
1. #PPI-SX[protected]XX Lattafa Asad for Rs.1301.53 made on 11/01/23
2. #PPI-SX[protected]XX Emir Wild & Tobacco for Rs. 1593.23 made on 14/01/23.
I’m at loss of approx Rs 2895 of my hard earned money if they don’t ship my order 😢
Kindly intervene and help me please 🙏

      I placed order of 3 perfumes to Projekt Perfumery India on 24th November 2022.
      Order Number: #PPI-SX[protected]XX
      Amount: 9862.13/- INR

      Today it's 24th January but their are no whereabouts of my order. They don't reply and address my issue when I contact them on their whatsapp business account, their Facebook page and on e-mails. In addition to that they had sent me one perfume out of three but it was a complete fake bottle. A total duplicate of original. I somehow managed to return that after communicating with the owner, Mr. Mohit Khatri. But after that i requested them to refund my money multiple times as they didn't fulfill my order, but all my request are falling to their deaf ears.

      I'm no longer interested in the perfumes and I want my money back. Please help get the refund.

        I placed an order for two perfumes on perfumery.co.in on

        Order id : #PPI-SX[protected]XX, #PPI-SX[protected]XX

        Till date the orders are not shipped and there is no communication from the seller regarding the delay in shipping. I have requested over email to cancel the order and initiate refund but there is no response from the seller.

        i have tried to contact them mulitple times on the whatsapp number : +91-[protected] & email : [protected]@perfumery.co.in, [protected]@perfumery.co.in but no response. It appears the company is fraud and is fooling customers by luring them into offers which they cant deliver.

        I am no longer interested in the products and want my money back.

          Purchased when your soul gets high by emir#PPI-SX[protected]XX since then i am not able to get any details about my order like delivery status order tracking no. Etc.
          Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I too am facing the same issue! Even when I emailed the customer care, no one replied back. I have been waiting 2 months for one bottle of perfume!

          These companies should be taken to Consumer Court and shut down!

            I received a defective product from this company in September. While it was delivered in about a week of placing the order, trying to get it returned has been a headache to say the least. I raised a return request on their website and didn't hear anything. I then emailed them at [protected]@perfumery.co.in. I got a (seemingly automated) response that said wait for 24 hours. I followed up after 72 hours, didn't hear anything except for the tracking number (the product was already delivered, so the tracking number was useless to me). I sent multiple emails to both the aforementioned email address and also to [protected]@perfumery.co.in, which was the address from which I got the auto-responses asking to wait 24 hours. The 24 hours never came and I never received a response. I'm stuck with a dubious product that smells like wet cigarettes and lasts less than an hour (which, in this particular case, is fortunate).

              I have already submitted a complaint on 15th Sept and till now (23 Sept) I have got no reply from them regarding the refund of my order #PCON2238PPI which I ordered from their other website Paris Corner and which I returned 3 weeks back.
              They are really scam artists. I also still havent received my order #PPI-SX[protected]XX from Projekt Perfumery which I ordered 3-4 months ago. No reply from them on anything.

              Exactly. Im filing a case against them in cyber crime department. You should do the same. They need to be shut down forever.

                Purchased a product on 25th August 2022. Till 20th September 2022 I still have not received the product.

                When I wrote to the customer care, I kept receiving the same pre-written mail back. The mail said the following :

                "Hello Thank you for Writing to Perfumery. Your Order ID - ###. We shall review your request and revert you within 24 Hours. Your Partner in Olfactive Mission, #Perfumery".

                But no one reached out within the next 24 hours. So I kept sending mails and kept receiving the same mails.

                After lodging the complaint here, I was told by a person named Mohit that the product would be delivered within a week. But an entire month went by and still the product was not delivered.

                I tried reaching out to the customer care through email multiple times but no one replied back.

                Basically, the total wait time for the delivery has been 2 months now and still counting.

                  I ordered Chanel Coco Mademoiselle tester from their other website Paris Corner (order: #PCON2238PPI) for rs 3499. When I received the order not only was it fake, it also burned my skin so I returned it back. I thought immediately after they receive the returned order they would refund me but no. Its been more than 2 weeks since the returned order reached them but still no email about any refund. I have emailed [protected]@pariscorner.online

                    On the 31.07.2022, through the respective website (https://projektalternative.com/) I placed an order for 3 perfumes, registered with the number ORDER #PROALT[protected], and until today (09.09. 2022) I did not receive the order, nor any tracking link.

                    For almost two months I submitted several complaints via email and the respective website, however I did not get any response.

                    Do you think you could help me?

                      I ordered a perfume from Paris Corner (Order #PCON1990PPI) - a website maintained by this company on 9th July. Till now - I am getting emails with false promises of delivery in a standard template in which they simply change the dates every week. It is clear delay tactic. They are unable to procure the perfume so they are just delaying. I have also asked for refund and since then there has been a complete silence from their end. The owner is an extremely rude and highly unethical individual (he once sent me a free perfume so that I delete a negative review online - even after I told him not to). I need my money back as I am not longer interested in the perfume - cannot be sure if I will get a genuine product.

                      I have also registered an online complain with the consumer forum. If this issue is not resolved in a week. I will file a consumer case on this seller

                      I received an email from the seller on 5th Sep 2022 'A shipment from order #PCON1990PPI is on the way'. They provided tracking information. The status since 5th of Sep is 'Online Shipment Booked'. They have no intention of sending the product and now just delaying the delivery further by such fake information. The seller and his team are only working towards stealing money from their customer - they all belong in Jail.

                            Got perfume of Porsche Tester pack in broken bottle condition.

                            Also from packing of bottle it does not seem to be Original.

                            No authenticity certificate or any other document provided to confirm it’s Originality.

                            The customer care is not available also robotic and general reply is provided on chat link for our concern.

                            Would be satisfied, if company takes pain to address the issue.

                              I have Ordered many Perfumes from their official website. It has been more than a week they haven't shipped my products. Initially they have sent a bluedart tracking number just it expired after a week.

                              I mailed them many times regarding my issue and pinged them on Instagram but I get no response what so ever.

                              I am not sure how to proceed on this matter.

                                    I'm a big fan of projectperfumery products, but their customer care is the worst in recent days.

                                    I placed an order #PPISX[protected]XX, which has been booked for shipping through bluedart but hasn't been shipped yet. I have been contacting them repeatedly through email but no response from the team.
                                    I hope this gets resolved soon and they ships the product as soon as possible.
