I received a defective product from this company in September. While it was delivered in about a week of placing the order, trying to get it returned has been a headache to say the least. I raised a return request on their website and didn't hear anything. I then emailed them at [protected]@perfumery.co.in. I got a (seemingly automated) response that said wait for 24 hours. I followed up after 72 hours, didn't hear anything except for the tracking number (the product was already delivered, so the tracking number was useless to me). I sent multiple emails to both the aforementioned email address and also to [protected]@perfumery.co.in, which was the address from which I got the auto-responses asking to wait 24 hours. The 24 hours never came and I never received a response. I'm stuck with a dubious product that smells like wet cigarettes and lasts less than an hour (which, in this particular case, is fortunate).
Projekt Perfumery India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
These companies should be taken to Consumer Court and shut down!
