[Resolved] Projekt Perfumery India — Order not received and no response

I had placed an order (PPI-SX[protected]XX) with you on 27Nov2023 for 5 perfumes (Retail Packs) but I have only received 1 perfume so far (Crystal Noir By Versace EDP).

Undelivered remaining perfumes detailed below:
Banana Republic M EDP (Retail Pack)
Banana Republic Cordovan M EDP (Retail Pack)
Versace Pour Femme Dylan Purple (Retail Pack) x 2

I have tried contacting you through your Whatsapp contact a few times and zero response.
