I am writing this mail out of frustration.
I do not understand why my refund has not been processed, even though it has been over a months since the university (Guvi Institute) agreed to repay the loan amount on July 10, 2024. Every time I contact the concerned team member, Mr. Mukerji, he assures me that the loan will be closed within two weeks after I pay one EMI. However, it has been eight months since he first made this promise, and the issue remains unresolved.
Furthermore, for the past few months, the team has been completely ignoring my calls. Today, I noticed that approximately ₹18, 000 was debited from my account, which is unacceptable, given that the institute had already agreed to repay the amount. The delay and negligence on your part have caused unnecessary financial stress.
I need a clear response on when my loan will be closed. If required, I can provide screenshots and other supporting information. Kindly address this issue immediately. The level of service I have experienced so far has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I expect a prompt resolution to my queries.
