Earlier I have raised a complaint on Simplilearn for the Refund, they have initiated the Refund from their side and even my loan application has been foreclosed from Propelld Side. But the problem is my 1st EMI was debited last month, when I ask about the first EMI amount, they stated in the mail "Refund has to be done by institute . Please contact institute once for refund. "

For most of my queries they answered with the same statement, please refer to the Email conversation screenshot.

Propelld support not answering my queries at all, the response which I got from them all is irrelevant.

I have sent an email to Propelld asking for the 1st EMI amount which was deducted from my account last month, whether it will refund back to my account or not. For that, they again stated "Refund has to be done by institute . Please contact institute once for refund. "

Since the loan application was foreclosed. I would like to get my 1st EMI amount back to my account which was deducted.
