I cancelled my course enrollment in July 2025, and my university confirmed that the refund was processed and transferred to Propelld on 5th August 2025.

I have already paid two EMI installments of ₹3, 750 each (₹7, 500 total). However, despite multiple follow-ups (over 6 calls and several emails to Propelld), I have not received the refund.

Each time I contact their customer support, I am given the same response...

I wanted to close my loan so I have raised the request with them and they have foreclosure amount and bank details on September 12th 2023 and I have made the payment and attached the screenshot of the payment on 14th September 2023 by NEFT as they have requested, till date they didn’t confirm the about the closure and when following up they are saying lending partner has not confirmed the payment yet and now they are sending reminder for upcoming EMI

One emi I had paid on 19th august 2023 and another was auto debited on 21st august 2023 !

I paid the due emi on 19th August 2023 of rs 16932!
Again on 21st August 2023, rs 16000 has been auto debited
Why would we take emi if this was the case

I take a education loan from propelld for Jain University. But due to some reasons i have to withdraw from the course & paid all the EMI for nothing. But now after clearance of EMI, on 10.04.2023 University initiated payment into AC[protected] IFSC-ICIC0000104 UTR No.-SBIN[protected] on the account of BLUEBEAR TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED of 35500 which is described in mail i recieved from University. I have taken a course on Full Stack Web Development from Coding Ninjas but unfortunately 2 months ago my brother met with an Accident.So, from past 2 months, I am not using their Services and I have mailed that I can't use their Services.

But no response nothing from Coding Ninjas And Propelld is taking Emi from last 6 moths.

And Coding Ninjas said that if no job than we will refund wholwe amount, REFUND my hard earned money.

I don't know what is the reason behind 'Not providing my REFUND' when it has already been more than a month when the loan amount has been provided back to you by the university (17th April).
Each time I make a call the propelled team just says ' Wait for a week'. What kind of poor and frustrated service your team provides.

Hi I would like to bring to your notice that I took a course from Intellipaat and asked him if I can pay in installment they said yes and asked my credentials without informing me that they are applying for educational loan. I tried connecting with them before the course starts but there was no response. I wanted to discontinue as they debited money from my account which I have not even started. The Propelld loan department is so rude and I'll mannered. There is this Lady called Pooja who is harassing me so much they even called my Father who is 70 years old and they are torturing him he Panicked so much thinking that I have taken a Loan. How could they approach a Senior citizen for this. When I told Pooja that I will complaint again with very bad tone she said go complaint where ever you want to I don't care. It looks like they are the boss and the call is not getting recorded. I was forced to write this when they called my Father and this is just not acceptable.

I am Pratik Shilarkar. I have registered the course for Data Analyst on Simplilearn. After that the consultant called me and said to upgrade the course to Job Guarantee programme, after some days they said that you are not eligible for this programme, please go with PG programme. I have told them multiple times that I don't want to do that course but they are transferring my call to someone who is explaining more clearly. Finally I have choose the PG programme because that is also Job Guarantee Programme, they have ensured me you will get job, this was the first case.

However, they have applied for my education loan for the amount Rs 127803 and they said Rs 4222 will be deducted monthly. But this month they have deducted two installments one on 4 December 2022 for the amount Rs 3375 and second was deducted on 13 December 2022. I have told them to cancel the first programme but still they did not cancel and charged me for Rs 3375.

I have checked and many complaints has been raised on Simplilearn. I need my money back from Propelled company or Simplilearn. The propelled company is calling me and disturbing for the payment.

Please let me know the update ASAP.

Last month, I was enrolled with SiimpliLearn; which I've withdrew now, SimpliLearn has raised REFUND request on Sep 20 2022, as a result there should be no loan on me but as my first EMI which falls on Oct 5th got due so I organised money for my EMI so that I should not be indulge myself in any trouble.

I was expecting as soon as SimpliLearn will refund Loan amount to Propelld they will refund my first EMI and handover NOC to me.

BUT Propelld has played with me and sent me an sms that due to insufficient balance in your account auto debit dint happened BUT there was more than EMI amount in the account.

I have sent multiple emails along with my bank statement & screenshots but so far NO updates.

Hi, I would like to highlight an issue with respect to propelld. They have falsely reported to credit bureau that I delayed payment of emi's due to which my credit score has been impacted very badly. I am pretty sure that they'll not be helping me out here as their customer services are pathetic. Just stay away from this fraud company.

I have taken a Education load in Propelld Team and missed out one Emi that too it can be cleared if they redeposit the cheque. But their staff calling and making lot of harrasments words which is not right..
IF the money is not recovered they can very well go for a legal which is right to collect the money.

I had applied for an online data analytics course from IIT PALAKKAD through EMERITUS and obtained a loan from their partnered organisation Propelld Finance and due to some personal issues I had to backout from the course. I raised the cancellation request through the EMERITUS poc and she literally took more than two weeks to raise the request and told me to rest assured the course has been cancelled and we have sent back the fund to Propelld. Even after this I didn't receive any email of cancellation and dropped multiple emails to both the support team for the same and they just tried to shift blame of each other and made absolute fuss on the emails. Today one of the Propelld member called me and literally threatened to send goons to my home to collect the EMI. Talked to me very disrespectfully and threatened.
