Property Tax — Property tax levied heavily

I am a widow and no means of income. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been charged property tax of Rs.934/- for my flat but my neighbouring flat is being charged only Rs.101/-. Everything is common in between both the flats.

I have been sending emails since a year requesting for the same. But so far have not received any reply.

I request your highness to please give me a rebate in the payment of property tax dues as well as give me permission to pay only Rs.101/- for the years to come.
