Property Tax — Property Tax paid online and received message that it is successful

I paid property tax on 29.06.2022 vide PTIN [protected] in the name of GANDRAKOTA PHANI SAI MANOHAR an amount of Rs. 1318/- online via netbanking o[censored]CO Bank and gateway is Razorpay. I received confirmation mail that the payment is successful. The reference number given is Jnlj8hVt5689jU But it is showing that the tax amount is still due. Kindly resolve the issue.
