[Resolved]  Provident Housing — Open Car park issue

I purchased 2 BHK flat in Cosmo City from Provident Housing LTD (subsidiary of Purvankara) on Dec 2011. I paid 1.5 lacs for one reserved open car park and was assured that I will get the car park near to my flat. It is now more than 2 years my parking status is still unknown. Provident now allotting the car park based on the date of booking and there are around 300 less car parks available within the campus as compared to booked car parks. Based on the data shared by provident my booking date is falling under last 300 due to which i may not get car park inside the campus but no such written communication sent by provident till now. I have mailed them several times but no replies and met with their team as well and every time they ask for another 1 weeks time. As per the assurance from the provident during booking time i am eligible for the car park near to my flat and if it is not possible i would like to claim compensation for the same. Please help
