Provogue — I did not receive my money back even the order has been cancelled

Hi,
I had placed an order no[protected] for shoes about 2 months back and I had done the payment online but I did not receive any delivery. Then in the month of Jan I received a call from Provogue and they said that the shoes are not in stock. Then I said to cancel the order. When I cancelled the order then they told me that I will receive my money back within 3 to 4 working days. But now its more than a month and I have not received my money back.
I wrote to your customer care email [protected]@provogue.com multiple times but I did not get any reply.
Is this the way you treat your customers who has truct on you?? I can say that your service is worst and its fake.
If I do not receive any reply from Provogue then I will take leagle action against you with the help of my lawyer.
