[Resolved]  Provogue — I got mail saying that shipment got delivered. But did not get delivered. Tracking number for Shipping provider also invalid.

I got mail from [protected]@e.unicommerce.com saying that shipment got deliver through DELHIVERY shipping provider. But I did not receive any shipment from any one. Several times I tried to reach Provogue customer care by[protected] nobody picks the phone. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com 3 days back till now, I did not receive any response from them. Invoice Date:07/04/2015 Invoice No:6C[protected] Payment Type:PREPAID Order Date:31/03/2015 Order No:[protected] Shipping Provider: Delhivery Tracking No:[protected]This tracking number is invalid, was told by Delhivery customer care) Registered mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com Registered Mobile number: +91-[protected] Let me know the order status ASAP.

Finally watch got delivered to me. But still no reply from Provogue customer care. Wondered how could it happened they sent shipment delivery mail well before 7 days from actual delivery
