Provogue — ICICI Bank offer watch not yet received.

Hello, I ordered provogue watch on 18th Oct 2014 and now its been one month but still i didn't receive my watch. On 8th Nov 2014, I got mail from Provogue, that your order has been shipped by first flight courier but today when I contacted to courier service centre, they informed that physical handover from Provogue is yet pending. Kindly let me know when I will get my order? This is really frustrating to mail so many times for one thing. Never expected such service and you guys don't even bother to give reply for the queries comes from customer on contact us email id. Feeling annoyed.
