Provogue — ICICI offer watch not received even after 21 days of order

Hi, I order provogue watch on 2 SEP 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. But even after 21 days of ordered date, i didn't get any update from provogue team. When i check the order status in provogue website, its showing in-progress. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com but its of no use. I didn't get any reply from them. If I didn't hear any updates from provogue, then I will seek legal support .

I have ordered a provogue watch using ICICI internet banking .but I didnt received it yet.ICICI destroyed their quality and hope among the people.Provogue, the one of the worst service provider and fraud company.I won't leave this thing simply.
