Provogue — Icici watch offer scam

Another victim of the offer! While doing the online purchase, I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. I tried again the 2nd time and received the same message. Later on I realized, both the transactions were successful. Since then I have been trying to cancel one of these transactions but neither the online portal works properly nor the customer care number mentioned in the website. No replies to emails either!! Very poor service, I dont know whether it is a scam or that's how Provogue actually functions. Complete disaster... will never purchase anything from Provogue in the future, not even in their outlets. Cheaters!!
