I have purchased new Provogue school bag through Flipkart, As per website the bag has 1 year warranty. ( Attached Copy of Bill)

Recently my child started using it and within 10 days of normal use, its stiches /threads are coming out of the school bag.

Looks like this bag has manufacturing defect. I need replacement or refund for it .

I tried reaching customer support numbers of Flipkart they have redirected me to Provogue brand support . I have reached out to Provogue customer care numbers[protected] & Email id ([protected]@provogue.com) but NO Luck, NO response.

I am looking forward for your support on it.

I have purchased a set of 3 trolley bags from Flipkart. There was a issue with the lock even after putting up the same code it is not working and zipp runner got broken and it is of no use.

I tried reaching Flipkart many times but they were unable to help me with communication with Provogue.

I request you to please help me with the same and get this resolved asap.

I bought a bag from flipkart now bag is stretched in the one month i have already mailed to the company but there respone is unreadable form, i have sent bills and other details

I had tried to reach provogue via Flipkart, emails, calls. None of their details are correct. The trolley combo that I purchased has an issue with its lock. It's not working and no response from Flipkart or provogue or seller for the same.

20th Dec 2022 I had bought a bag of Provogue brand through Flipkart but unfortunately after 10 or 12 days bag zip jammed, very tight movement observed so need of repair it or replace because this product comes with 1 year warranty, hope Provogue team sort this problem as soon as possible because I don't want this is 1st and last product of myself of Provogue brand.

I had purchased two pairs of jeans through Flipkart, in July this year.
After first wash the length of both the pairs have shrunk and are no longer wearable.

Set of 3 trolley combo that I ordered from Flipkart is having issue with lock. The lock was set to a number, jumbled, then tried to open with the same correct number, it didn't work, my belongings were inside the trolley. Flipkart support has provided phone numbers and email address, none of them are reachable.

I bought a bag from myntra of provogue . It wasn’t even used much and it got torn . It is still under the warranty period of 6 months . The myntra executive has denied any refund or exchange and they are telling to contact provogue.

But the product does not even withstand for a month. What sort of quality M/s PROVOGUE is giving to customers.

Consider the quality of the product and deal with the reputation of the company.

Each and every penny spent from our packet should be valued.

This backpack has been purchased for official purposes and found defective within a month. I need a replacement that should be of best in class quality.

I believe you consider this complaint as high priority and do the needful as soon as possible.

I sent a mail to [protected]@provogue.com at Jul 26, 2022, 3:46 PM. But there is no response even more than a month.

Hence I am requesting consumer helpline to resolve this concern and provide justice for this act.

But after somedays it's bottle holder strips on the side of bag gets torn
I want to claim the warranty of this product and get the replacement.
Plz do see the problem.
