Provogue India — Defect in shoes

I bought provogue black formal shoes online from flip-kart on 11th Feb, 2015. I wore it twice and now sole of both shoe has been started detaching. My flip-kart order Id is OD[protected] and Tax Invoice # BIL[protected]. And I called customer care 10 times but they are not receiving my call.
