I have complained about defective provogue watch received. (Order No: #[protected] I got call from ICICI Bank customer support asking my all debit card details. I did not gave him details as I found it something fishy. Do I need to provide my account no only or any other card related information in case of refunding amount back to my net banking account. What should I do to return or replace provogue defective watch from ICICI bank offer. Please Let me know ASAP.
