I ordered a Provogue Women WATCH on 24/11/2015 through the HDFC offer from www.provogue.com.
The provogue website updated order (Number[protected] as COMPLETE and shipping details is updated with MUMPVGP625470, I contacted GOJAVAS they said no. such order detail available with them.
I tried sending mails to the email addresses mentioned on their website but the mail didn't go through. Also the customer care numbers are not reachable.
Request a refund.
I don't want any product from such a fraud company.

We reviewed your complaint and certainly understand the disappointment you have been through. We understand your plight but would want to inform that in such cases where in one is unable to retrieve any information on tracker despite a tracking number provided, it means the order was placed successfully yet it wasn't transferred to the shipping partner(that's us) . Until the order is not in our possession it would not reflect anything on the tracker. We request you to please get in touch with the seller regarding the same.
