Provogue India — Did not received an order and it is showing complete

Order date is 22 April 2015. Order ID:[protected]. I didn't recieved any mail or call regarding my order but when i am tracking my order through site it is showing complete. i mean how this is possible...! When i am calling but no one responding and also i mailed on [protected]@provogue.com but no reply... dont know what to do.
