Provogue India — faulty item received | |||
Hi I have ordered for the prvogue watch through http://www.provogue.com/icicinetbanking. I recived the faulty item . It is mentioned in the order that, if i receive faulty item, i have to informthem with in 2 days and hence i have informed through mail to them . But there was no action taken . There is noresponse from their side. I tried calling the customer care number but no response. please help me, how to get my item replaced.
