I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI Internet banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with ICICI in the past 8 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped.
