I ordered Canvas duffle bag two months back with order number[protected] I still didn't receive the bag yet, multiple time I tried to call your customer care number [protected] but there is no response. I also placed a complaint on the same portal I didn't even get any response for that. If you really cant deliver the product can you return back the money, worst part is you didn't even intimate of delay in delivery.
