I purchased one brown watch (through ICICI internet banking offer)which was of pathetic quality. so returned it. They took 299 rupees for shipping and handling charges. I asked them to refund that money through mail at [protected]@provogue.com. They responded me with this text on Aug 6---
"As per your request we have canceled your order.
We have already instructed our courier service provider to pick-up the defective product from your place, which will be done within 4-5 days.
Whenever we received the product in our warehouse we will refunded your amount in your account, which will reflect in 4-5 days in your account."
Now its september 23 and they haven't responded to me yet even after I sent 6-7 mails to them at the same email address
