I have ordered for a ladies watch under the HDFC Gift scheme on 28th November. The Order No. is[protected]. When tracking the order, no tracking details is available. My bank account has already been debited with Rs.299 being courier charges. Kindly let me know as to when the same will be delivered. As complained by various customers, nobody is bothering to answer the phone calls.
