Dear Team, I have ordered a product from Provogue under scheme of HDFC bank and paid the amount in advance from debit card. Order No. is[protected] on 4th December, 2016. As per company's time period, product has to be delivered within 28 days. Till today i have not received the goods. I have been trying to contact their customer care number from so many days, but no-response from their side. Even though i have registered my complain in their portal. despite they have not resolved the issue. They do not have any robust system of complain redresal. as per their site the product is still in-transit from 6th January.
