Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 11/29/15 and made the payment through HDFC net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. Its been 22 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Processing from the day beginning. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com but no use

Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 10/10/15 and made the payment through HDFC net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order No[protected] Its been 41 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Pendinging from the day beginning. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com but no responce.
