Hi, As per Provogue's Shipping policy they will ship in 24hrs. But I booked a watch on 9th Nov 2015. I made payment and I also sent a mail to Provogue requesting for the delivery. But no reply I received. There is no customer case number also available. The order number is[protected]. Please do the needful. Best regards, Jashua

I got the watch after many days. But came to know that it is a duplicate watch. Not even worth 150/-
