Refund not received even after 1 month of cancellation. cancellation date: 27/09/2016 Oct 24 received a mail from customer care mentioning successfull refund, and a wait period of 3-4 working days. I ordered a duffle bag for offer from hdfc netbanking offer and paid 300 rupees. Order no[protected] placed on 13 oct 16.till now i have not received my order. They are saying not delivered and canceled my order but not refunded my money till now nor sending new item

My problem have been resolved they have send my item so no complaints for provogue
