Provogue India — Ordered item not delivered yet provogue

I haven't yet received the watch which I have ordered on 7th November, 2015. As per the HDFC bank this offer is valid till 30th November, 2015.
I request you to please update the status. I have also noticed that many people launch the complaints about Provogue. Unfortunately, I am also one of them now.
Why you want to spoil your brand name? Please delivered the watch that I ordered or at least refund my money.
